Account Deletion Policy

Define the process and conditions for account removal.

Users may request deletion of their UpChallenge account at any time.

Deletion Methods

  1. In-App Deletion
    Users may delete their account directly through the app settings.
  2. Email Request
    Users may request account deletion by emailing info@upchallenge.app from the email address associated with their account.

Deletion Process

Upon verification, account deletion requests will generally be processed within 30 days.

Deleted Information

Account deletion may remove:
• Profile information
• Habit and challenge history
• Challenge participation records
• User-generated content associated with the account

Certain information may be retained when required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention requirements, or legitimate business purposes.
